Secure Message Online Help

How the Secure Email Encryption Service Works
Secure Messages may be sent with high, medium, or low security. Secure Messages that are configured with medium or high security can be accessed only by authorized recipients. If you receive a medium or high security encrypted message, you must first register an account in Secure Email Encryption Service to open a secure message. If you receive a low security message, the message is encrypted but you do not need a password to open it. Recipients of password-protected Secure Message must register with Cisco Secure Email Encryption Service (free of charge) to obtain a password for opening encrypted messages. Note that when you send a Secure Message, you cannot change the security level. If you want to change the security level, contact your site administrator.
